Terms & Conditions – Upholstery Services
1. Estimates & Exploratory Work
•All estimates are approximate and provided for guidance only.
•Upholstery work often requires exploratory or investigative work (e.g., partial deconstruction) before an accurate final estimate can be confirmed.
•Customers will be informed of any findings and provided updated estimates before further work continues.
•You are under no obligation to proceed with the full service if the revised estimate changes due to exploratory findings.
•However, any exploratory work already carried out — including deconstruction, inspection, or material removal — will be charged at the agreed hourly labour rate.
2. Deposits & Payments
•A deposit is required before any work begins. Materials will not be ordered until the deposit has been received.
•The remaining full balance must be paid in full prior to delivery or collection of the completed item.
•No items will be released until payment has cleared.
